Here at Party Rental Ltd., we’re constantly working to develop and introduce unique products that are at the forefront of design trends. Part of the development process includes getting insight and feedback from our friends in the industry, and what better way to do that than over lunch?

This winter we decided to do things a bit differently and hold a series of three Design Inspires Luncheons, where we brought together some of the most innovative event designers to find out what’s driving their trendsetting designs. Business Development Manager Debbie Barnes, who headed the series, said, “We created this series as a sort of ‘think tank,’ where we could sit together, bounce ideas off each other, and find out what new products we can bring in to support their cutting-edge visions.”

To get hands-on feedback, we showcased new and upcoming products, as well as some prototypes we’ve been working on and samples that have inspired us. “The response was great,” said Debbie. “Having products there for our guests to experience helped us identify opportunities to grow our collection and really refine our prototypes. They’re all very passionate about design, and it showed in the feedback.”

While the luncheons were technically “working lunches,” they were still tons of fun and a great way to build camaraderie in the events community. Debbie adds, “Normally when we all go to events, we’re working. It was great to be a guest this time! I’d like to thank our sales team for helping me put this together”
