Online Ordering & Organization

When we began developing our new website, we set out to create a tool that would make placing and managing your orders easier than ever, and our new website does just that. Save time, collaborate, and stay organized with our new online ordering features.

  • Place your orders directly through our website.  Our online checkout feature allows you to submit your order whether your in the office, at home, or on-the-go.
  • Make revisions online.  While logged in, you can make revisions to your order to up to 24-hours prior to delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues & clients by sharing Carts and Orders.  Keep your team in-the-know and allow them to view Carts and Orders using our built-in sharing features.
  • Stay in the know with Delivery & Pickup Notifications. Sign up to receive texts and/or emails when your delivery or pickup is completed so you’re always in the loop.
  • Use the Cart feature for planning flexibility.  Whether you’re deciding between various designs, menus, or budgets, create and save a cart for each option while logged in so you can plan what pieces you’ll need. Once you decide which option is best for your event, checkout with that particular cart.
  • Streamline delivery using Drop Zones.  Need the chairs in the ballroom but the plates in the kitchen? No problem — use the Drop Zone feature to specify where the items should be placed at your event location upon delivery.
  • Organize your order with Tags and Notes.  Stay organized and make sure you have everything you need by using our Tag and Note features.

Enhanced Product Catalog

With 2,200+ products and linens in our collection and over 100 new items added every year, how do you find the right products for your events?  We enhanced and revamped our online catalog so you have all the information and inspiration you need to create your most incredible events right at your fingertips.

  • Make sure you have the pieces you need with intuitive product ordering.  We built a custom ordering system that suggests common Add-On’s for many of our products to help make sure you have the pieces you need for a successful event.
  • Easily order Dance Floors & Staging with our new calculators.  Enter your dimensions, and choose your options.  Our calculators will do the rest!
  • Quickly get pricing with a few clicks.  Looking for pricing? Find the information you need just by browsing our website. (Pro-tip: You can change the delivery area to see pricing in your specific area, or login to your account to set your default location.)
  • Spark inspiration with all-new product photography.  Get a closer look at each of our products with fresh photography that’ll help you craft your most creative designs yet.
  • Find the perfect picks with detailed product information.  Learn more about each our product collection to help you choose the right items for your event.

Designed with the on-the-go event pro in mind, you can now manage your Account through our website, quickly and easily. Create your account and log in to get started!

  • Set default preferences for a more streamlined checkout.  Specify your default delivery, billing, and notification preferences to streamline the checkout process.
  • Manage invoices & pay online.  Log in to reference current orders and past invoices whenever you need them. You can even submit payment online, quickly and securely.
  • Message our Event Rental Specialists with Live Chat. Use our built-in Live Chat technology to reach one of our knowledgeable Event Rental Specialists directly through our website.
