To explore each piece’s personality and versatility, we set three fresh looks to inspire in the beautiful private dining space at estiatorio Milos.
Located in the heart of Manhattan, estiatorio Milos has been synonymous with Mediterranean seafood in New York City for over 21 years. Whether you’re dining in the restaurant or a guest in their event space, Director of Events Natasha Pavlovich says, “We offer guests an experience that’s high-quality and supremely authentic. Many of our ingredients are delivered fresh from the Mediterranean daily, and our clients come to us looking for a truly unique experience.” Weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events of up to 275 guests enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience in their customizable private dining space that features a unique modern-meets-organic ambiance.
Drawing inspiration from estiatorio Milos’ aesthetic and their Greek-influenced seafood cuisine, we set our three looks in their private dining space with stunning floral pieces by Botanica Inc. The first look combines the warmth of Walnut-toned wood with organic elements in a setting perfect for social and corporate occasions alike. With the natural elegance of our Branch Brooke Print linen as the foundation, our second look is perfect for bringing weddings and more formal occasions to life. For our final look, estiatorio Milos’ famous fish market inspired a food station where the ingredients are designed to shine. No matter what type of occasion you’re planning, we’re sharing these versatile looks to help give a spark of inspiration. Take a look!
Social & Corporate: Modern-Meets-Organic Design
Designed with social and corporate gatherings in mind, our first look is set on our Loft Dining Table. The Walnut table top insert brings an element of warmth to the modern space, while the metal frame echoes the exposed ceiling throughout the venue. Our new Crest Charger mimics the texture of ocean waves, while the Glacier plate adds its own unique organic texture. Natasha says of the look, “You’d think the space would lend itself to a more sleek look, but the Loft Table both complements the architecture and warms the room up. This design would be perfect for anything from intimate closing dinners to large-scale holiday parties.”

Weddings & Formal Fȇtes: Natural Elegance with Shine
For weddings and more formal affairs, our second design offers a traditional look of a linen with thoughtful, modern elements that shine. The organic, embroidered lines of our Branch Brooke Print linen is reminiscent of coral, while the metallic-rimmed Eventi Charger makes each setting feel special. Our new Horizon Ivory Textured napkins add dimension and a touch of luxe, while the Pebble Napkin Ring offers another natural element with gleam. “Couples celebrate their weddings with us because they’re looking for a bespoke wedding experience. Since our space is so versatile, couples can be as traditional or unique as they’d like, and a design like this is perfect for the couple that wants an elevated take on a sit-down dinner. The Branch Brooke linen gave an elegant, tonal texture to the space.”

Spotlight on Ingredients: Simply Chic Food Stations
Star ingredients shine with a simple presentation, but in our final look, simple is anything but boring. Our Lucite Raw Bar is the centerpiece of this food station, where fresh fare pops against our Ceramic Coupe Platters and Trays. The Stainless 3-Tiered Stand adds drama and height to the presentation, holding the Black Marble Plates that stand out among the rest of the display. Antique Copper pieces — like our Chafer, Moroccan Bowls, and Griddle Cover — give warmth to the display. The Java Black pieces help showcase the vibrancy of colorful dishes; the Platters get a boost from our new, modern Wrought Iron Frame Risers. Natasha notes, “Letting ingredients shine is what we do best, and presentations like this really showcase the beauty of Mediterranean cuisine.”

When we caught up with Natasha after the shoot, she told us what surprised her most about the designs: “Even though the space is very minimal, it doesn’t take much to make it feel personal. The rentals that you used really showcased that, with a little thought, even the smallest elements and design touches can help bring the space to life. It doesn’t need to be ostentatious to make an impact!”
And when asked how estiatorio Milos bring their clients’ vision to life, Natasha summed it up nicely. “It all boils down to listening and understanding what the client hopes to achieve and then delivering above and beyond. We hold our event experiences to the same standard that we hold our dining experiences. The food should be fresh, the service should be hospitable, and every guest should have an amazing time.”
