Adding Products to Your Cart

Using the Search Bar

When you hover over a product, the Add to Cart button will appear. If you need additional product details, just click on the product to see more information and add the product to your cart from the product’s detail page.

If you know exactly what you’re looking for, you can use the Product Search tool located on the top right-hand side of your screen:

Things to Consider When Selecting Your Products

Sequencing helps keep things orderly. Think about the order in which your event should be delivered; for example, delivering the kitchen tent first or chairs last.

The Drop Zone feature allows you to choose specific locations at your event space where items from your order will be delivered. While in your Cart, use the Drop Zone feature to organize your product list. After any changes, click “Update” or “Save”, and you’re all set. Drop Zones are communicated to your delivery team and ensure your drop-off runs smoothly.

Ovens and Electrical Equipment

Check your rental equipment specs to make sure you have the right amount of power.

Electric requirements for all of our rental products can be found on our website. Please be sure your venue or generator has enough power to supply each piece of rental equipment.

Your electrician may need to be present on-site to connect certain larger pieces of equipment and some propane pieces require an electric power supply.

Know your local codes and confirm if any of the equipment you’re renting requires any special setup, permits, or inspections.  Every location has different requirements, so be sure to check with the local authorities about your specific event.

Dance Floors and Calculating the Correct Size

To calculate the correct size of the dance floor, factor three (3) square feet of dance floor per dancing guest, and 2/3 of the party might be dancing at any one time.

For two hundred (200) guests that would translate to 132 guests dancing at any one time. 132 guests x 3 sq. ft. per guest = 396 sq.ft., translating to a 20′ x 20′ floor. The closest floor to that would be 21′ x 21′ which is 49 sections.

Helpful hints for dance floors:

  • Party Rental Ltd. will provide set up and break down of the dance floor
  • All dance floor sections are equipped with metal struts. These struts can cause scratches to the surface if not protected by a liner
  • Rule of Thumb: Allow 5 square feet per dancer
  • Dance floors are for indoor use only
