Editing your order

Need to make a change to your order after it was submitted? You can easily modify and update your order up to 2 days before it’s scheduled to be delivered.

To get started, log into your account and click on the My Accounts section. If you’re updating an order for an event happening within the next 30 days, you’ll see it here.

Click the three dots next to the order and select Modify/Update.

To see all upcoming event orders, go to the Upcoming Events section and select your event order from the list shown, or use the event search bar to find your order by date or event name.

After you review your order details, click on the pencil icon when you find the information you want to edit. Alternatively, you can use the ribbon navigation at the top of the page to jump directly to sections where you want to make updates.

When you’ve finished, click the Next Step button to save your changes. You’ll be brought back to the Review & Submit page to confirm and resubmit your order.

Re-submitting your order is an important step so that the changes get updated in our system.
